We made the decision to relocate to the Las Vegas area, and Jack came highly recommended. We communicated with him telephonically and by email for approximately two weeks prior to our planned trip from Southern California to Las Vegas. Jack had prepared a comprehensive list of properties for us to view, personally chauffeuring and showing us each and every property over a three-day period. We found a high-rise condominium that we absolutely fell in love with. Jack help us to negotiate a favorable price and the all-cash purchase closed in nine days! I spent part of my childhood in Vegas, and knew that I wanted to buy rental properties as well as a home to ultimately live in.
