George Warner has been a licensed Real Estate Broker/Salesman since 1990 and has represented buyers and sellers in over $70,000,000 in real estate transactions. In November 1998 the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute awarded him the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. The CCIM designation is earned upon completion of a graduate-level curriculum and attainment of a level of qualifying experiences. CCIM’s are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis, and form a business network encompassing 1,000 markets throughout North America.
George was Managing Director of the Las Vegas office of The Meyers Group; a California based market research and management consulting firm specializing in the real estate industry. The company provides a wide variety of consulting services relating to residential, retail, office, industrial, hotel and golf course land uses. Their consulting capabilities include market feasibility studies for new developments, marketing and workout strategies for existing projects, disposition strategies for real estate portfolios, market positioning analyses, pricing strategies, and consumer research.
He was an appraiser and management consultant for Laventhol & Horwath, a national Certified Public Accounting Firm. For the ten years he was with the firm, he was involved in appraisals of over $600,000,000 worth of commercial property, including land, retail centers, multifamily residential, hotels and motels. George was also involved in market and feasibility studies for over 31 major commercial properties in Nevada, Arizona and Utah. He also served on Laventhol & Horwath’s consulting team for the Las Vegas Redevelopment Study.
George was a candidate for the MAI (Member Appraisal Institute) and has his Nevada General Appraiser license.
